A fantastic place has been established in 2010 open for everyone and specially for gays to meet in center of Erbil next to Citadel, its a different atmosphere to make friends, partners and lovers in a garden, but now in Erbil its very common.
Make sure to go there for a coffee or a traditional tea, then choose the one you like and have fun.
If you are a foreigner and you do not speak Kurdish or Arabic, take a Taxi and tell him to (Parki Shar in Qal'aa)

Open everyday, Specially Hammam Nergiz is the cleanest one in the Erbil.
If you looking for a partner, the best way firstly visit Hammam Nergiz to find him, and if you don't have any place to enjoy with him, you can visit Hammam Soran as it includes bathrooms separately for each, and nobody can see what is happening inside.
